PDRN and PN are both DNA fragments from salmon used for skin rejuvenation.
• PDRN is a low-molecular-weight DNA fragment and its molecular structure is similar to human DNA, allowing it to interact with skin cells easily(cell repair, skin regeneration), promotes collagen production, and helps reduce inflammation.
• PN (Polynucleotide) refers to longer DNA chains with higher molecular weight and provides more intense and prolonged effects for overall skin health, elasticity, and hydration, suitable for deeper injections.

This cream is manufactured from PharmaResearch, it has a fame as the #1 repair cream so I couldn’t purchase anywhere in Korea as well as inconsistency of supply – general product description only😢
• Concentrated formula (ointment type) is good for spot/ small area – especially for post-laser treatment and wounded, inflamed skin healing
• Contains Sodium Polydeoxyribonucleotide (0.8mg)
• Efficacy: Diseases prone to ulcers due to malnutrition of the skin and connective tissue: wounds, nutritional supplementation

🤔 in my opinion: bit pricey and ointment texture, also contains parabens (Methylparaben & Propylparaben) as a preservatives (don’t know it will be my favorite?^^; but lots of people say fast healing)

🤔 in my opinion: It applies smoothly and gentle enough for even sensitive skin conditions. Non-sticky texture with fast-absorbing formula – suitable for daily moisturizer yet recommends for night for comforting and skin-regenerating benefits
✍️ 1200ppm optimal PDRN content based on clinical results: outer skin (Epidermis) reacts and penetrate effectively with PDRN content 10ppm, and comparatively 5 ppm on Dermis.
🤔 Well, it’s still confusing to me however topical PDRN may not effectively penetrate to the dermis due to its large molecular size so understandable – certainly optimized for the best😝

The best PDRN content for effectiveness is debated, but concentrations of 10,000 ppm (1%) or higher are generally considered effective for visible results, such as promoting tissue repair and collagen synthesis.

🤔 It’s a very hydrating formula and applied under makeup – so far so good, helps to create glow-looking skin and doesn’t disturb my makeup.
✍️ Contains Shea Butter that is beneficial for deep moisturizing and strengthening skin barrier. It’s non-comedogenic and doesn’t clog pores but recommended for dry, normal skin, it also contains fragrance.
🧬Conclusion
PDRN has multiple benefits for skin health, especially for those who have mature skin like me – getting dull, lack of hydration & elasticity, visible fine lines and also tired, uneven, damaged skin.

☛There is not much information revealed about product details on each product/company website and was able to get this one from Dr. Rejuall site for your reference. As you can see it shows visible skin condition improvement such as redness, pigmentation and pores along with fine lines & overall skin tone/radiance.
PDRN (as a skincare ingredient) is registered as a ‘Sodium DNA’ by INCI(International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) so look up this term on the package and also most studies are shown their efficacy on salmon DNA fragments, not plant-based nor ginseng-derived PDRN : there are a few proving the efficacy of botanical PDRN and ginseng-derived PDRN shown to support skin regeneration and barrier function, but which is my choice today? Like above, pharmacy-based, salmon-derived PDRN skincare products. YES! They are worth it and my choice so far is Rejuall, maybe Deepair?😝
